I am a private person so I don’t normally put my business out there. However I definitely do not mind explaining my experience with Silberman & Lam ( S & L ) as my Worker’s Compensation Attorneys and why injured workers should hire their law firm. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Sheryl Lam & Scott Silberman set the tone, pace and overall experience for their law office. When I first met Sheryl she told me” you pay us to worry for you. Do not worry we are here to help you with your injury claims.” She was right and I’m teary eyed remembering her words. Sheryl & Scott are both wonderful attorneys whom can be aggressive on your behalf if needed; they are honest in explaining the process up front; their team is accessible for questions and clarification. I say team because they all work together and have their specialties. Stefanie and Pam are knowledgeable. Silberman & Lam not only fought for me to receive the medical care I needed and I also received ALL my pay due to me; they also were able to get me thousands of award money and on top of that, S & L worked to have me awarded a LIFETIME award which to this day, I continue to receive twice a month, until I die. You have nothing to lose and EVERYTHING to gain by hiring the law firm of Silverman & Lam to represent you for your work injury cases.

Silberman & Lam is a great law firm! In 2018 the law firm represented me in a complicated Workers Compensation case. In regards to my injury, they provided me with Dr's, Specialist and Primary Care. Silberman & Lam was instrumental in securing Temporary Workers Compensation that provided me with much needed income during my recovery. Upon the conclusion of the case, I was rewarded with a very generous award. Silberman & Lam continued to represent me in a recent SIBTF, Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund, case. The law firm secured a benefit that will provide income for life! In conclusion, my experience with Silberman & Lam has always been positive. Thnx for all you guys did for bringing my case to fruition. It is defiantly life changing. Not like I'm going to ski in Switzerland or go site seeing in Rome, I probably could afford it now but I'm 100% disabled. But I can now rest assured that the financial needs of my family can be met while I lay in bed most the day, So thnx a lot.

First I want to say dont ever try and navigate the workers comp without a lawyer ! With Silberman & Lam I got exactly what I was told I would get and I would have never received that without them!

They were professional but not very timely. Was happy with how the case was handled except I had to keep pressuring them to keep things moving. Aware I had a difficult case but even with that it seemed I had to keep things moving personally. It felt like they had more clients than they could handle. Overall was satisfied.

So easy to communicate with and they are so informative throughout the case. I truly recommend them. They are wonderful ❤️

I'm still in an ongoing case that occurred here in Visalia. Though I've never met Sheryl Lam in person, she knows her stuff and Stephanie, Lorin and Loc Pham have been very helpful and responsive. The only tough thing is they are down in Santa Ana, so I've made several trips down there, but they are good about reimbursing mileage, and Loc Pham is fighting for me and I've had good experiences so far. Highly recommended

I have never posted about a company before but after reading one of the reviews I thought I should. I didn’t have a lawyer when I got hurt on a job site (construction - mostly the demolition side) and looked up lawyers near me. Honestly I initially chose Silberman and Lam because they were one of the first that popped up and were close. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. My case was probably VERY small but they didn’t hesitate to talk to me. After initially going in to the office, I talked to Sheryl on the phone then she came up (from Orange County) to meet with me 2 days later after already starting on my case. The settlement was more than I thought it would be AND they got all of my rehab, doc visits, follow-up etc. covered as well. Probably won’t be doing demo anymore but still in the construction biz! Thanks Sheryl!!! Don’t hesitate to go in or call and talk to someone. Were not to busy for me and I had a great experience with them. After first talking to Sheryl the anxiety about my issue already started to go away and it never came back.

12/05/17: This law firm is absolutely rude and unhelpful. My wife and I went to the Visalia office for a consultation appointment (which doesn't actually staff a lawyer btw but instead a single legal assistant) and told our story and provided paperwork. We were told that our case might not be big enough for them to bother with but she made copies of everything and took notes and told us she would pass this information to an associate in the firm and he would go over it and contact us and let us know what he thinks. 4 days later a guy calls and basically knows nothing and asks us to tell everything all over again but half way through explaining he interrupts and says "hold on" and throws us on hold, 5 minutes later he returns with no apology and says continue only to be interrupted again with "I got to go, i will review this and get back to you" and he immediately hung up. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing. Edit 12/26/17: Now this law firm has accepted a case against my family business for an employee with a much sketchier injury claim. My wife had a legitimate issue and just needed help making things right and we were treated terribly, now they took a worse case against me maybe even because of this review.
