Omg just call in to ask if they take personal injury cases the lady that pick up was not professional at all have the nerve to ask me didn’t I call here before I said no and was quiet then said well let me see if we can take your case can you explain I guess she thinks everybody sounds the same because she wasn’t gonna insist me till I ask if it was a problem me calling poor people for such a great business I dislike when you’re going through something and someone that don’t even own the business answer the phone and act like it’s there business and treat the opposite person on the other end like dirt I’ll find another option before I get treated like she just did me

But in reviewing your call, you were advised that, yes, we are a personal injury law firm, and when you were asked (1) what sort of case you have, and (2) if we could start gathering your contact information, you refused to answer either question and hung up. We simply ask if you have called before to expedite the call and you can be transferred to the person most familiar with your case if you had in fact called before.<br>Again, sorry for any dissatisfaction during the call and we are happy to discuss your potential injury case if you would like to call back and provide a few details.
