I have been searching for a home of my own for years. It has been quite the journey of trial and error and many disappointments along the way but with the grace of God I finally found the perfect opportunity and I couldn’t have done that without Sania by my side. God will align the perfect time, place and person in your life when the time is right! I am forever indebted to Sania for guiding me through purchasing my very first home. What is often a stressful process, She made it easy and effortlessly run smoothly. Even during some of the most difficult times in our lives, Sania exemplified her work ethic checking in on me and executing deadlines. She exampled the mounds and mounds of paperwork in layman terms and diligently went through every page. She reassured me of my options for when I could walk away if I no longer felt like this opportunity aligned for me and comforted my doubts and fears given being a first time buyer. She eradicated my overthinking and patiently and delightedly worked with me over the course of over 3 months to get the job done. She advocated on my behalf until all my needs were met even up to the day of closing to ensure my punch list of items were properly addressed alleviating any stress I would have moving into my home. She truly made this experience a core memory and magical nonetheless knowing that she had my best interest at heart the entire step of the way. I remember meeting Sania back in college and hearing her passion for wanting to study law and was beyond amazed of how she knew exactly what she always wanted to do in life. Decades later she has dedicated her life serving her community and executing the job like no other. She is one of the best lawyers the state of Massachusetts has to offer and I’m proud and admire all of her hard work she demonstrates night and day to get the job done. Sania’s dedication in opening her own firm to help others in need in her community speaks volumes about her character. 5 out of 5 Stars. I call it the small firm on a big mission. Ms. Santos and her team are THE BEST. A couple months ago, I was rear ended which messed up my back and I stumbled upon their firm and all I can say is it was the best decision. Since the accident, Ms. Santos has worked diligently to provide the service that every client should seek. I am by no means related to anyone in the law firm but honestly I feel as though I am. Everyone needs a lawyer in the family, jokingly. They truly care, and love what they do and will treat you as such.
