I will be forever grateful for my experience with Silver & Kelmachter, who represented me in a medical malpractice case. Leslie Kelmachter is not only a phenomenal attorney, but she also is very warm and supportive. She knew the whole process, especially going to trial, made me very anxious, and she held my hand through it all. I always felt that she was working hard to represent me not just to make money, but because she really cared about getting justice for me after suffering from a doctor's negligence. In fact, the whole staff that worked on my case really seemed to care about me, and they were all total professionals. In the courtroom, Leslie is a shark. It was mesmerizing to watch her work in court. I am very happy with the outcome of my case and could not have asked for a more professional and caring law firm to handle it.

We are actively working on a difficult case, I hope everything will work out! But the lawyer himself and his assistant are very polite and courteous, they answer all my questions every time.

I am exceedingly fortunate to have had this firm take on my case. I feel very secure in the way my case is being handled. I trust every step they take in this journey, especially Fran Garfinkel who practically holds my hand through every step and her amazing/brilliant mind that is always 10 steps ahead of everyone else.

Be forewarned! I had the misfortune of speaker to an overly candid attorney from there 'Fran" after completely wasting my time (2 separate phone calls & 3 hours) just to see if i was worthy enough she decided that "Perry" would not be taking the case, when I guess I had the odasity (in her view) to ask how this came about, she quickly went into full on crazy mode being super unprofessional and screaming at me. Are you kidding me, never saw such a display of childishness!! Being under the intense pressure I'm under, because of the current sensitive case this is, I fell into her horrible frame, and went down to her level and told her this place can go and FFF themselves!!! After thinking on it, they are, which is the reason for this review. Lawyers act like they care, but they're only looking at the dollar don't ever let them kid you! YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED, Silver & Kelmechter are highly unprofessional and a waste of your time.

I've called at least 13 times within 5 months and was told ill get a call back each of those times I'm still waiting to get a call back by the lawyer
