If you want a lawyer that does not answer emails or calls you back Spivey is the one. If you are a man in a divorce with kids be prepared to pay the max amount for the divorce, to your spouse, and child support to your ex-wife. He does not fight for you at all and bends the knee to the opposite lawyer. I had an ongoing divorce with the ruling from the judge that no one could sell anything or take anything from the house. I had pictures and proof that my ex was taking things and having yard sales on Facebook and not a single thing was done about it. Gave him all the proof he needed, and he did nothing except have me kicked out of my home and put in these ridiculous things in the divorce decree. Needless to say, I said do not file that I will get a different lawyer because he will go his own route and does not care about his clients at all.

My Ex wife has held me over a barrel ever since we divorced. My first lawyer did not do much for me so I was referred by a friend to Kevin Silvey. Kevin held my ex wife accountable for some of the wrong things that she was doing. He also secured the rights to my son and a few months later he held my ex wife in contempt of court when she tired to violate what was agreed upon. If your looking for a smart, aggressive, well known and respected lawyer in this area, Kevin Silvey is the lawyer for you. His rates were also pleasantly affordable.

Mr Silvey helped me with two different cases. One was a domestic violence case against my child's father, the second was a custody battle. We won both cases by a landslide, and he even managed to humiliate my abuser in front of the judge. Not gonna lie, I loved it. As for those saying he wouldn't help due to money, the man is running a business. I'm sure you wouldn't work for free, or work full time hours for part time pay.

Mr. Silvey helped me get custody of my grandson when his mother abandoned him, but still wanted him on weekends. Eventually, she moved out of town, leaving her son with me. Several years later, she became disabled and they told her she could get a check for her son. Guess who wanted to begin to reclaim her parental rights? We had taken care of and paid all expenses for our grandson for several years, with no help from her, so Mr. Silvey recommended adoption-which we did. He never sugar-coated anything. From the beginning he made it clear this child's mother could return to regain custody, and the state would help her. We were blessed to get to raise our grandson in a better situation, and Mr. Silvey was helpful. I could recommend him without a moment's hesitation.

He was my husband‘s attorney, and apparently talked him into divorcing me, when we both agreed in the end that all we needed was a separation. But it was too late.

I had an appointment with this attorney, at a specified time, he was 15 minutes late. When I attempted to discuss my case concerns with him, all he was interested in was the $5000 fee he wants to charge me. I had problems the first time I called his office, when attempting to make an appointment, and had to call back a second time, for any results. I am definitely not impressed with this attorney or his staff.

This guy knows his area of scope! Very impressive!
