My experience with this firm, and in particular attorney Nicole Cook, was deeply concerning. In my opinion, there was a noticeable reluctance to engage with or even acknowledge serious concerns about fairness and due process within the Lee County family court system, specifically Judge misconduct. Rather than supporting efforts to protect families and children from potentially unjust outcomes, I felt the firm’s actions contributed to a process that prioritizes procedural routine over parental and civil rights. Families navigating the court system deserve advocates who challenge injustice, not those who seem indifferent to it. I would strongly encourage other parents to explore alternative legal counsel if they are looking for someone who will actively safeguard their rights and those of their children.

Filled out the online inquiry because I need to file a suit against a car dealership for misrepresentation and fraud. Over a month later and no response at all. Not even the courtesy to tell me they will not represent me.

They are nice at first. Then they change their prices without letting you know. Up from 150 an hour to 375 an hour. Not professional at all!

I have been using this law firm for years. I obtained their services for a gaurdianship case concerning my nephew and for a separate case involving child support. The entire staff is highly professional, considerate and knowledgeable in the law. Ryan is the star of the show. If you are looking for an attorney to fight for justice he is your guy. I could not recommended this law firm more.

I’ve witnessed unprofessional behavior towards a client. An absolute disgrace. Client had to hire another attorney just to fix his mess. Not recommended at all. Be sure to call an attorney with some experience before wasting your time and money.
