I had a pleasant experience in 2024 being represented by Attorney Simmons; he and the staff were there for me from start to finish in a criminal case and everything turned out much better than I expected. Would highly recommend this firm.

Atty. Simmons has incredible experience, i.e. in representing the ACLJ, the ADF, the Town of Hampton and others. He is well rounded in college experience, political experience, etc. You couldn't have a better attorney at your side to represent your legal needs. 5* rating isn't high enough IMO.

For me everything was perfect until the court began to send documents that the lawyer had filled out some things wrong, we are human and I understand but in the end because of his mistakes the court ended up suing us and he wanted to charge me more money for his mistakes I think that if you could look for another lawyer other than Jhon Anthony you could save more money and solve your case faster a divorce process by mutual agreement lasted 9 months because the court rejected the documents because he filled it out wrong 3 times. And I had to be aware of everything because I was always on vacation and I had to call the assistant all the time or if I wasn't in a meeting and very rarely I called back

Wasted $12000 of my money in multiple fruitless mediations. Showed up unprepared multiple times. Discussed other cases with the mediator while on my billing time and in front of me. Stated that he wasn't really a numbers guy when negotiating the buyout of a shared business with my ex-spouse. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
