Was told by one of the firm's attorneys that he wouldn't take my case in which I fell from a construction dumpster, bc he couldn't see how he could win. HOW HE COULD WIN????? SCREW THE INJURED VICTIM WHO IS HURT AND OUT OF WORK AND CANT FEED HIS FAMILY.
Mr. Jones, I personally review every potential claim that calls into the office. You called my office Wednesday, January 5, 2022 advising that you were dumpster diving in a casino garbage dumpster (not a construction dumpster) and when you jumped out (not fell out) you allegedly broke your foot. You further advised that you were charged with trespassing by the local police authority when you admitted to entering and exiting the garbage dumpster. There was nothing defective or unreasonably dangerous about the dumpster and you were on private property engaging in conduct for which you were criminally charged with trespassing. What you described is no different than breaking into a car and then wanting to sue the owner because you closed the door on your hand. You are not an "injured victim" as it appears you injured yourself. Further, you never mentioned being employed, much less out of work and neither did you advise that you had a family you could not feed. To the contrary, you advised you lived with your mother and your mother confirmed that you do not have a residence. Regardless, employed or not and whether you have a family or not has nothing to do with the fact that there is no legal cause of action resulting from you simply injuring yourself while dumpster diving and jumping out of a garbage dumpster.
