I contacted Simonds Law Group because my wife surprised me with divorce papers. I had an online consultation with Kate. She was very professional and asked all the necessary questions. She took the information from all my responses and instead of immediately preparing for a legal battle and escalating a fragile situation by going on the legal offensive, she suggested that I read a book with my wife. She recommended the book, "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus". Within the first chapter, the book accurately defined me, 100%. There was no cheating in my marriage and no violence. I just got too busy and neglected my wife. My wife didn't become a huge fan of the book, but she appreciated the effort. To my fellow Men out there going through a similar divorce situation, wives appreciate 1 on 1 effort, open discussions without hostilities, and love words. Never thought I'd have to go through it, but if you find yourself in this position, Simonds makes everything incredibly simple and they are really supportive and quick to respond with any questions you might have. Sure you could file yourself, but if you miss something with the filing, you might not know what to do on your own. If you go full blown divorce lawyers and hearings, you are going to spend so much money. At least with Simonds you pay a flat fee and they help walk you through everything. This is the best possible way to handle what is an incredibly difficult and taxing situation.

Kate was very professional and very caring during the whole process. After many post -poned trials due to surgeries from the oppossing counsel. She stayed very patient and was able to help me win my case in the long run 🏆. She not only counseled me with my trial but in my personal life encouraging me to strengthen my bond with my children above all. She is a wonderful attorney and even better person. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Simonds and I had a difficult divorce after 24 years of marriage. Chris was there to guide me all the way and gave me great advice that was always spot on as to what the judge and the other lawyer would do or say, and I felt very comfortable working with him.
