I was a client between 2023 and 2025. I had the pleasure of working with three of their associates - Danilo Borgas, Joshua Xavier, and Shannah Kurland. Each associate treated me like a human being, showed me compassion, even when I was hitting a low point in my life. Prior to connecting with Sinapi Law Associates, I had tried another firm. I am so happy that I had not moved forward with that other law firm, and chose Sinapi. Honestly, they are going to work hard for your case. The minute I filled out their online form, I was contacted if not that day, the very next day. I believe within the week, I had my first appointment/consultation. They always helped work around my tough schedule. They really are your advocates. They truly care about your case and will fight for you. When I would embarrassingly break down, not once did they judge me. They were there for me. Their communication is impeccable. Truly a great law firm to represent you. I had gone through a hard time with a past employer, and when I felt like the world was against me, Sinapi Law Associates was there to have my back. I spoke with Sinipi himself, he is a Lawyer doesn’t understand your rights after signing a severance package and have been discriminated against for a disability and not having reasonable time to find a lawyer during Christmas when they are all on vacation when you have a deadline that is unreasonable for signing anything. I went to Robinson & Clapham in Providence RI instead because they have experience in severance package law unlike this law firm. I would avoid them

I’m sharing my experience with Sinapi Law in Warwick, RI, so others can make an informed decision. More than five years ago, I hired the firm for a matter in which attorney Gregory Mancini was involved. At the time, to my understanding, he also held a town-council role. In my view, this created serious concerns about conflicts of interest and judgment. After that matter, I pursued a separate case on my own. From my perspective, communications from Sinapi/Mr. Mancini became unhelpful and adversarial. Requests for my complete client file went unanswered or were met with vague replies, and I did not receive a clear explanation addressing my concerns. I also received messages that, to me, felt confusing and harassing, questioning my identity rather than resolving the underlying records issue. To be clear, this review reflects my personal account and opinions. However, based on what I experienced—poor communication, lack of transparency about records, and what I perceived as retaliatory behavior tied to outside relationships—I cannot recommend this firm or Mr. Mancini. If you’re considering them, I strongly suggest you ask detailed conflict-of-interest questions, get commitments in writing about records access, and consult independent references before retaining counsel. I hope this helps others avoid the frustration I went through.
