Not only did Claudette go through tons and tons of records, but she also made sure that I was seeing the doctor that I needed to see. I was gathering the information that I need to gather, and I was doing everything on my part that kept me engaged and knew that we were working towards the common goal. Tom Sinclair and his team pulled a rabbit out of a hat in a difficult and disputed LTD claim against Lincoln Financial. My sister's employer, a multinational retail chain, withheld LTD premiums for almost two years, but had not secured the LTD policy. She was seriously injured and applied for the LTD benefits she had paid for. Lincoln Financial denied her claim. The fight was on, and Tom Sinclair held both of these companies accountable.
