If I could give a 0 I would, Sinel shows their commercial with a small circle on a mannequin coccyx and say "that no loved one should suffer a Bedsore, no matter how small". My live one has a hole on their coccyx. I reached out to this firm, spoke to the intake specialist, sent documents and photos only to get a text response two days later stating: "Good morning, Thank you for your patience while our experts and partners at Sinel & Olesen PLLC assessed your potential case. After a thorough review of the details you provided, we regretfully inform you that Sinel & Olesen PLLC will not be able to assist you with this matter. Please note that there are time restrictions approaching within which you can bring a lawsuit. Therefore, you should immediately contact another attorney for legal advice regarding this matter. Our firm is not expressing an opinion about the merits of this claim. Thank you for calling our firm. Sinel & Olesen PLLC". My time, and my love one suffering was not worth a human sympathetic or common courtesy of a return call. What their commercial should say "the flesh has to be falling off the bones before we can represent you". It appears they want easy cases, so they can move their clients along and not waste too much time trying prove the case, hummmm, I thought that is what lawyers do. I'm sorry I must have reached out to the wrong agency????

This firm left little to be desired . For several months we corresponded first I was told I could represent my dad in a case after providing a myriad of detailed information and photos to the intake specialist . I then was told I could not pursue representation and needed my mom to do so after I was already given paperwork signed and sent in . My next bought of skepticism occurred when I asked the firm to inform me of their WIN RATE . I was told for several weeks that someone would call me back and to no avail I kept getting calls but they were to pressure my mom to sign documents although my concerns and questions were dismissed . I had to reach out on several occasions until I finally spoke to a gentleman who informed me that they can no longer pursue action to represent me and my dads case after almost a year . I found it odd that this was the result only after I insisted on obtaining their WIN RATE percentage which they still were unable to provide to me . Ask them what the WIN RATE is before signing and paperwork and good luck getting a clear succinct answer . I will seek counsel elsewhere for this was very sketchy ! I’m glad I didn’t go with Sinel after seeing some of the alarming past reviews that were less than satisfactory!

I want to thank Mr. Sinel for win our case last year. He's passionate about his job very professionally and knows what he's doing. After nine year waiting for someone to help with our case. Mr Sinel came through and we win big. This man right here is the way to go. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Six years waiting patiently they hired a court appointed administrator to protect themselves used my name to do it regarding the personal injury of my incapacitated son whose condition was easy to diagnose a bedsore the size of a grapefruit on his lower back side they settled out of court and never told me the dollar amount just he wanted more sinel I was unable to obtain other legal counsel for my claim in the federal court because they all seem to know one another and figured I had a personal injury attorney
