I hired this advocate, and my case has been under him for the last five years. Unfortunately, he has completely spoiled my case. He keeps taking money in the name of the case, but he does not accompany me to court on the hearing dates. Instead, he hires another private advocate and sends that person with me, saying that he does not have time. The new advocate has no proper knowledge of my case and is unprepared. Because of this, my case and my life have both been negatively affected. The main advocate hires outside advocates only to protect his own name, not to help the client. There is no proper preparation for the case. They take money whenever they want but do not guide or prepare the client properly. There is also a person named Kiran, who is the assistant of this advocate. Kiran does not take the case seriously, does not provide any proper guidance, does not attend to responsibilities, and does not respond to calls or messages. Neither the advocate nor his assistant show any professionalism or concern for the client’s case. Their only focus is on taking money. They do not care about the case, waste valuable time, and ignore communication. I strongly advise others to avoid such advocates.

Before you hire them as your legal partner, think again. They rarely pick up calls and can be quite rude over email. Aditi, in particular, should learn how to treat clients respectfully. I had emailed them requesting an appointment as I had some important queries. They initially scheduled one, but cancelled at the last moment, saying they were working on other “important cases.” For me, my case is important too. They rescheduled for the next day over the phone but never bothered to call me. The following day, another appointment was set — this time, their network “failed.” After repeated delays and lack of professionalism, I decided to change my lawyer. I’m not making any of this up — I have email conversations to prove it if anyone wants to see them.
