This is the second time I have used Singleton Smith Law Offices. Both times they have been excellent. They are very professional and return calls and emails promptly. My attorney, Cristian Palafox, along with Jenn, the paralegal, were very knowledgeable and made sure my needs were heard and met. I cannot say enough good things about this firm and highly recommend them.

Singleton Smith law offices have been nothing but professional and even feel like family. One thing I would say about being sued in a divorce and taken to Court, it sucks! It is stressful, expensive and super confusing. Nothing is going to prevent that if you are going to Court. With that being said, I highly praise the Singleton/Smith Law Firm. From my first meeting with the business department who went over all the fees to the customer service representative who checked if I had concerns every two weeks to make sure I was being taken care of. I felt very helped. My paralegal Lisa Ornelaz in particular, has been amazing! She was part legal processor and part counselor around my concerns. She is fast, responsive and super helpful. In terms of my Lawyer, Cristian Palafox did an amazing job negotiating my case. My main concern was the cost and he really worked with me on coming up with plan that was going to resolve my situation as cost effective as possible. He knows the law well and was super easy to work with in one of the most stressful times of my life. I give this law firm and it’s employees the highest rating! I feel this is a very ethical firm and plan on recommending it to anyone needs legal assistance with their divorce.

Going through my divorce, I was in over my head with many serious allegations that were fraudulent. Attorney Elder wisely navigated all issues and concerns with me.
