I’ve been throughout the reviews to Attorney Andrew Sitzer, all of them are exactly describing Andrew. I was in an accident and since the beginning he has been there for me supporting and helping!!! One month after he started my case, I was very depressed in the edge of a cliff ready to jump! I didn’t hear from him for about two weeks, then I made a HUGE mistake He called me and talked to me nice and firm but obviously upset! I will never have enough life to regret what I did… I am very happy to have Andrew in my life!!! Great lawyer, who cares about your case!

Andrew was phenomenal in helping me compile my non-fault vehicle accident case, getting MRI scans on lien, and dealing with the insurance adjusters. I got a pretty good settlement after about a year of treatment due to neck and back injury and a totaled rear-ended car by a teenager on his phone. The craziest part is that all of this was done remotely, I never even stepped into Andrew's office! Would highly recommend, I hope I never get in another accident... but if I do I will certainly contact him again. Thanks Andrew and team!!

I have never felt SO taken care of, understood, and heard, they truly are the best. This is the second time I have used the Sitzer Legal team to represent me (and hopefully, no more accidents, but if I do, I’m calling them first thing) Andrew and Thomas were there for me from the second of my accident up until even AFTER my insurance payout, to help me with getting restitution and tips on how I can future equip myself for emergencies (which they did not get paid for—truly just trying to help) I cannot express how important it is to have someone behind you that cares for your health. Andrew and Thomas are great people, so it's no surprise they are great personal injury lawyers. To start with they are the opposite of personal injury lawyers who advertise. The attorneys that have the tv ads are misleading. They claim they can get you much more than others attorneys. Andrew tells you the truth. And the truth is, that in California you can only get compensated huge amounts if 1) the at fault party is rich, with assets and income in millions. People who have a lot to lose and are insured to protect themselves. 2) a government (city bus, utility company vehicle, etc or a company like Amazon. The minimum liability insurance coverage used to be 15,000. That was 20 years ago. Now it is 10,000. That means if your insurance cannot be minimum insurance, bc if you get hurt by someone, and your injuries are greater than 10-15k your own insurance pays. My coverage was 50k as was the at fault party. They had no assets to speak of. Andrew made me aware of this on our 1st conversation. He doesn't advertise, and he often picks up his phone. Once I called him during business hours, he replied that he was on vacation and could I please send an email. Thomas is equally great and I highly recommend them.

Sitzer Legal provided outstanding service from start to end. They were accessible, personable and patient throughout the legal procedure process. The few times that Thomas, our attorney, wasn't available, Andrew stepped in and provided us with the information we asked for.
