This firm has been amazing and has helped me (Marketta) more than once! First off, all of the staff is very helpful and great at keeping in touch with you. SJW was very prompt and professional handling my case. Arrangements were all coordinated effectively without and issues. Staff members were very polite and helpful and questions that I had were all answered in punctual timing. A solid experience and very thankful for it.

My daughter was hit while in a crosswalk back in October 2025. The first and the last call that I made was to SJW. Even though it was already after regular business hours, I was able to leave a message with an immediate call back wanting to hear what had happened. I could tell right away with the service I had already received that this was going to be who I wanted to have on my daughter’s side. Not only were we listened to, but action was immediate and today, January 15th 2026, the whole thing was done and my daughter left with a check in hand! Not to mention the compensation in between the time that was not expected at all. Everything from medical, to replacement of her bike that she was walking while she got hit was replaced within a fee weeks from the accident occurring. Everything was explained in detail as the case moved along. The amount of time it took I still cannot believe how fast they were. Not to mention the fact that the amount for the service provided was less than expected. And very fair. Most lawyers receive the same amount as the client, not this firm, they will make sure the client always receive more then they do and that is usually not the way that it goes, but bottom line this is such a great law firm I would definitely tell anyone needing a lawyer, this is the firm that will take care of you and in a fast timeline making sure we the client are absolutely taken care of from start to end
