Bruce never returned calls in a timely manner.. Bruce was never prepared he showed up at divorce negotiations with a blank yellow note pad . I did all my own negotiating all he did was tell me to settle for a very bad deal. Bruce charged me for every little thing including one line txt that were not even replayed in a timely manner. Bruce is a nice enough man but in my opinion is to save your money for another attorney that really cares about helping.

I went through surgery, got my surgery done, they went through new owners and never heard back from them ever again 😞 about what was going to happen with my case.

Great injury lawyers' I was in a accident and they guided me through the whole process. The case took almost two years and they kept me up to date the whole time. Staff was excellent from the front desk to records and the attorney. thank you , Matt ,Jessica

@$ If i could give NO STARS i would, where to start. I had a pretty serious work injury and was dealing with doctors and physical therapy. My lawyer was actually really nice, and would call me to keep me updated, and explain everything that was going on will my case, until they were no longer employed there, i dont know why, and cant speak on the reason, but i can say, after, i would have to call the office to inquire about my case, and the only one that i could talk to was the receptionist, no guidance from a lawyer, on what steps to take next, no advice, basically no help whatsoever, but when idaho state insurance was ready to settle, Bruce himself showed up ready to get it signed so he could get his check. Looking back, it seemed as though he may have been in a tough spot maybe and was counting on my settlement maybe, im not sure, but i am sure he was not interested in fighting for more, or walking me though any options, it was apparent early on in the meeting that his goal was to settle. Poor customer service, the front desk was not very friendly, could be different people now, i have no idea, but almost every time i went into the office, it was an absurd amount of time, though the parking lot was empty, even to pick up a check from the receptionist weekly or whatever, took longer then my meeting with Bruce. Very disappointing to go to a lawyer to help you navigate the legal system, and they dont help you, , basically a paid buffer between me and idaho state insurance. Honestly feel like i helped them more than they help me.

Poor representation and does not take work seriously.

Questionable operational decisions, how you do anything is how you do everything. I'd seek counsel elsewhere if possible. Great people they make you feel like family

Went in for an initial consultation. They were very friendly and helpful. Unlike attorneys I've dealt with in the past they were not condescending or judgemental at all. Got the answers I needed and was on my way.

Spoke with an attorney, Matt, over the phone for a consultation. They are clearly very busy and we weren’t a priority. Matt was very impatient with me that he couldn’t hear well because of my toddler talking in the background and asked that we arrange another time without interruption, which I said was hard for me to plan for but would do what I could. I called back when she was situated with a show on and baby down for a nap, but then he was unavailable to take my call, and I didn’t hear back after that. Matt didn’t seem very understanding of life as a stay at home mom, so I looked elsewhere for someone with a little more patience that I felt I could work with better.

Didn’t see eye to eye on the amount of demand and thought it would be fair to ask and also ask the attorneys opinion but like others have said they don’t care for their clients as much as other law firms. I’m sure they handle situations different with other people but for mine it was just disappointing getting dropped because I asked for a different number. Instead of actually explaining and having a good phone call it was more like he was just trying to get this case over with. Disappointed and wouldn’t suggest this firm at first. Take a look around at others. Like I said they are probably good with other clients but seems like you have to be on their “good” side to get a well explained response. Like I stated I asked for a different number and instead of working with me then just dropped my case and left me hanging. Disappointed and wish the best of luck to people working with this firm. I’m sure they handle things differently for other clients, but this is just my experience. Thank you Skaug law for whatever help you did provide but not satisfied with how things turned out.
