Mr Wilsom represented me on a case against Daniel Burns on my property in Battletown ,KY. Daniel Burns clear cutted all my timber on my property and made off with thousands of dollars. It was criminal what Daniel Burns did to mu property. Mr Wilson should of helped me to file criminal charges but never did.We should of filed a lawsuit against the timber company that clear cut my timber but Mr Wilson never did. Daniel Burns was evicted off my property and I received a judgement but never collected a penny . I called many times to the law office of Skeeters & Wilson and asked for help from Mr Wilson and never got the help I needed on trying to collect on this judgement. Here it is years later and this monster Daniel Burns got away with destroying my property. Did the lumber company have permits to cut my timber ? Why didn't Mr Wilson look into this with the district attorney ? How did Danial Burns get a lumber company to clear cut my timber without my permission,,,I wish I would of pressed this question when this crime happened. Many years later this haunts me every day what this monster got away with and why my attorney failed to do . I never collected a penny from Daniel Burns,,I spent thousands of dollars for a judgement that was worthless 😕

While a money judgment can sometimes be obtained, collection is often difficult or impossible when the responsible party has no assets or income that can legally be reached. Decisions about criminal prosecution are also outside a private attorney’s control and are handled by law enforcement and the County or Commonwealth’s Attorney.
