I hired Atty Anthony Skemp after I was injured and still in treatment for the painful injury caused by another driver who slammed into the back of my car while I was sitting behind the wheel waiting to move up in a line at a drop off point. The other driver´s insurance company seemed to be helpful. However, about 1.5 mos into receiving treatment and not medically released yet the other drivers insurance company was trying all kinds of hard pressuring tactics to force me into signing off on the claim. I knew that did not seem right. After contacting and having a great first conversation with Atty Anthony Skemp I hired him. I was in pain and physically limited from the injury. I did not have the energy nor the knowledge of how to stick up for my needs and how to proceed with the tactics from the adjuster with the other drivers insurance company. During my first contact with Attny Anthony Skemp I had such a “peace of mind” and knew that the issues with getting the medical bills covered and my rights protected he would be my right choice.
