Daughter used services as a minor and then again with a separate incident as an adult. The office billed both incidents to parents, never bothered to fix the bill when requested and parents sent to collections with the county. Horrible business practice with the billing process.

They stood up for me and fought back against a bogus charge. Ended with it being dismissed.
