My relationship with Greg Marks began as an acquaintance at a local gym. I learned that he had the reputation of a successful trial lawyer. Unfortunately, many years later, I was overdosed with a very dangerous antibiotic called gentamicin and suffered 100% bilateral vestibular loss. Mr. Marks agreed to help fight the largest medical group in an extremely conservative county in Florida. He and his paralegal, Stephanie Wilkins, took on the defendant doctors and their team of local attorneys. I was amazed at Mr. Marks’ ability to uncover facts about one of the defendant doctors that exposed the defendant as, let me say, less than totally honest and forthright. Mr. Marks creativity in outlining facts regarding the toxicity of gentamicin so that the jury could comprehend the danger of the drug, was brilliant.
