I’m sueing them for false reporting 😊. They’re not answering the phone and at this point I’m going to the attorney generals office. My account has been paid in full since October 2025. They never sent over a garnishment satisfaction letter to the court. Or updated the company who hired them to collect. See ya in court 🤷🏽‍♀️🥳 right idea, wrong one to play with 🩷 Let me also add that April has the nastiest attitude ever. She needs to stop smoking all those cigarettes and then arguing with us over the phone with that deep musty voice of hers for no reason. You hate your job and it shows that working with PEOPLE isn’t for you. If I was that old and still had to work for little to nothing I’d be pissed off at the world too 🤣

Mr Randy T Slovin is a scam I want to publicly thank Asia Smith for the class action law suite against their client AVID ACCEPTANCE who has been garnishing my wages for years this predatory finance company repossessed the 2015 Chevy Equinox days after I made payment I had never been late previously this was right before the pandemic. They sold the car and still collected 16,000 from my wages. I have been struggling for years due to this garnishment they basically collected over 30,000 between payments made while I had vehicle, the sale of car at auction and garnishment. So happy to see this company finally be held accountable.

This is the worst company ever. They can't tell you if your Payments are applied because they want you to pay twice. You can never get any information and TINA is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I wish you could give a zero star rating.

My debt was paid in full Oct 10th. It took them over 3 weeks to close my account. They reported to Transunion and Equifax on November 3rd that the account was still open. I have confirmed the account was closed on their website. If you have to deal with slovin, good luck. If you have the money hire an attorney. Be sure to report them too CFPB. Hopefully everyone responsible for the negligence in so many people's lives from Slovin will never be allowed to work in Law again.

Idk how this is even a real place, stated I was sued on 10/10/25 and didn’t even acknowledge the dispute email I attached, they are very unprofessional and just as predatory as their client they represent. Getting an attorney of my own involved these people are CROOKED !

If zero stars were possible I would give zero. They will not answer their phones. They will continue to take your money after you and they have been told your balance is paid. They will not release a “release of garnishment” and instead will add phony charges that when sent via paper communications, don’t match court records. My balance has been paid for at least a month and I cannot get ahold of anyone for help regarding my account or a cease of garnishment.

They get 1 star because 0 isn't an option. They sent my husband a garnishment of wages from a hospital bill from 5 years ago. They sent it to the wrong address, and when our neighbor brought it to us, they stated they will start his garnishment next week. The woman named Martha who answered the phone is incredibly rude!!! We told her it was sent to the wrong address not giving us enough time to file, and we cant afforda 25% garnishment. She said "well I dont know what to tell you" and hung up!!! How this company is still in business!!

The most unprofessional place I've ever called. Called to make a payment on a debt and the person couldn't stop eating long enough to actually help just tells me to send them an email. After doing that a week ago with no response. Can't call nor email to get answers and when you call they just ignore your call or hang up on you.

Absolutely HORRIFIC COMPANY!!!! They are quick to take your money but when they owe you money it's like getting teeth pulled to get an accurate answer. Was notified by my employer that they owed me money in May. Here it is end of July & still haven't received a dim. When you try to call them they are completely RUDE and very unprofessional. I have spoke with Tina numerous times & its still the same answer. "I'll pass it on to my supervisor". No resolution what so ever!!! They should be shut down because they are absolutely horrible & I will make sure everyone knows about this firm and how horrible they are.

LITERALLY THE RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE EVER! I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one dealing with the same harsh treatment! I think we should all get together and hire an attorney and sue them! Definitely 100% believe they are doing things illegally! Took my husband to court over a 10 year old medical bill. Indiana statues of limitations for medical bills is only 6 years! Tried garnishing our bank account. Wouldn't accept a payment arrangement or a settlement offer. I have kept every record of communication. Marked him down as failure to appear. I contacted the court and had the clerk email me the sign in sheet proving that he was there! The clerk even made an extra note in the files so it is on record that there was a mistake showing he was a failure to appear but he was there. I've finally asked for the original copy of the bill because they HAVE to provide validation of the debt. Waiting on that now.

Tries to still come after you even after their case was not won it was dismissed bullies you and tries to get you to pay them no matter what even when they lose

The only reason I gave a star is because 0 isn't a option. This has to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL "firm" ever. I always seem to get stuck with the same rude woman I've been dealing with a garnishment for 10 years now that I've been told by my local court their records show is paid off and I've even received a check back from the court for an overpayment and in the process of getting a 2nd one. Everytime it's time for the firm to release my garnishment they always seem to have some crazy amount of money thats still owed. They refuse to release my garnishment and never respond to the courts notice to do so. The woman I talked to today basically told me to stop calling and pay my bills and this wouldn't happen. This garnishment is from a car accident that wasn't my fault that happened 11 years ago.

What a weirdo of a company. They send mail to people THAT ARENT EVEN GETTING CHARGED FOR COLLECTIONS. Got some random persons mail and when i called all they did was say “sorry” and they changed it. Lmao if I ever see another piece of somebody court date in my mail again I’m going to crash out.

Absolutely pathetic, rude individuals answering the phones. This place should be shut down, horrible excuse for a business.

I am happy to know we aren’t the only ones to deal with this. We have a debt that we never received a bill from for trihealth for literally 1,800$ lol and they took us to court over that. Pathetic. My husbands also VA and how none of this was paid or how we truly never got a bill, I’ll never know This law firm- they never answer the phones. My husband has called multiple times leaving a payment over the phone since NOONE answers which means they have our card info. I started mailing checks which they of course cash and take. We never get calls back or any explanation on what we owe etc etc I work for a law firm and this is the WORST I’ve ever seen! It’s truly sad!

Not really sure how these guys even passed the BAR.
