I was injured at work that resulted in surgery. I filled out all the paperwork and sent in to the insurance company thinking I wound be fine and covered throughout the uncertain time of recovery. When I got out of surgery it was a rude awakening to find out I was denied for no apparent reason and that my employer was contesting my claim as well. I hired Attorney Justin Slukka at that point and he quickly took action. I was frantic and a nervous wreck for I was disabled and could not work while receiving no benefits. I did not know how I would survive. Mr. Slukka assured me not to worry and that he was confident in my case. He answered all my questions and concerns promptly throughout this process.
