Sadly I share this about my experience with Steve smart and the law firm he previously worked for that disbanded during covid and all the clients they had pre covid or at least several of us they really dropped the ball on our cases especially mine they ended up settling in a lawsuit I had for damage that was done to my neck during a fall. They did not bring it to my attention that they were disbanding their law practice and I feel that they were just trying to settle all their cases to finish out there dissolvement of the firm. And in doing so they settled my case with just enough money to pay the bills that were acquired from 2017 on. assuring me this was the best I would get and not wanting to go to court they wanted to settle it me being naive and not knowing that this is why they were trying to settle it. They paid off the medical bills that I had acquired and now I am still struggling with all the pain I had when the injury first happened and now have neuropathy and nerve damage in my hands and arms. Very disappointed in how they let their clients down just so they can close a practice and open their own private practices
