I contacted Errick in July over damages to our property by a tree service. He told me that we definitely have a valid case, that he had successfully sued this tree service in the past for the same thing, and would assist us with a demand letter to start. He had me gather several estimates on costs to rectify the situation and then proceeded to give me the run around for months. First he was sick, then he was very busy, now he just doesn't respond. Waste of my time and every contractor I had out for estimates. We're clearly not a big enough payout for Smith Bovill.

If I could give 0 starts I would! Was told to send information and they would take care of things. over a month later surprise they didn't take care of anything they stated they would.. good luck working with this team you will get no where but behind!! They also don't call you back or communicate

This group of educated professionals are currently handling my father's estate. I made them aware that I am my father's son. I am dyslexic, and I do not care to deal with any of their paperwork, because yeah, I can't read it. But that doesn't stop them from discriminating, on me, and not taking my phone calls or giving me any information that is involving my father's estate.

I use the Alma location (Pam) and have always been more than pleased. She is highly professional and very prompt. Highly recommend.

Easy to work with

I was recommended to get in touch with this attorney from positive google reviews. I was seeking advice on whether or not I have potential legal action against a company regarding a business' law matter. Mr. Miles stated he was happy to review my case and advised me to send him all the documentation I have available. After approximately two months he sent me an email advising what the best options would be to do. I attempted to contact him via phone, email, and text messages approximately 11 times over approximately 3 months with no response. At this time I received a surprise bill for $300.00 for the time Mr. Miles spent reviewing my case. I sent Mr. Miles an email (same method as before) declining the bill and received an immediate response indicating were on bad terms and it may not be in my best interest to proceed with him due to this altercation. He eventually agreed that I never agreed to pay for any services and told me to disregard the bill. Beware potential SCAM!

Never go into litigation alone. Adam Flory is a great attorney!!
