If I can put negative stars I would!! These people are absolutely awful! They enjoy ruining people’s lives and not even blink and eye or respond to an email. They should not even be a practicing office!

I was referred to this firm by someone who had great things to say about one of their attorneys. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a positive experience. The paralegal never followed up on my emails regarding a consultation, which made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. Hopefully, they improve their responsiveness in the future.

I’ve contacted these people twice. The first time I was told I could not setup payment arrangements and I could see them in court. I went to court and their attorney didn’t even show up, meaning the case was dismissed. The second time I called, I spoke with the same man, with the absolute worst customer service skills I’ve ever encountered. Extremely rude and condescending. Not helpful and doesn’t listen. They make it impossible to even pay your debt. Both times I ended the call in tears because trying to come to a resolution with them is absolute BS. If you want people to pay, I suggest hiring people that know what they’re doing and allow them to do so.

I want to give a zero star review for the woman I dealt with (I forget her name) and a five star review for the people who have actually helped me. So here we are. I went through a tough time and I am now looking at debt collection. I am aware of that. But one associate was judgmental and unwilling to help. She was unable to come to an agreement stating that "this is the debt you accrued." I am very aware of the debt as I was calling in to set up a payment plan on my own accord. She said "I wouldn't advise my client to accept this" meanwhile her associates had no issue with what I could afford. She was dismissive and not condescending. I called back not even ten minutes later and talked to someone else who agreed to the terms I was able to commit to. If you speak to someone who is sub human please call back. They do have some reasonable people here, she just happens to have no soul.

Honestly Ive been told if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all. This isn't a law firm.

Possibly some of the most rude people I've ever interacted with. Could not recommend a law firm less. These people have absolutely zero compassion for anyone and have no patience. Seriously could not be more disappointed with my interactions.

I thought lawyers had a grasp on logic until I saw Rose Stout's work. She writes like logic is an optional dress code. Next year's award? Most creative fiction in a legal setting.

TERRIBLE LAW PRACTICE! How do you get my car debt through collections and then we agree on a payment plan over the phone and try and take me to court and put an judgement on me and add on $800 to my total balance!! I will not be paying that extra amount for their unnecessary “court fees” because I was paying what I was supposed to be paying from the beginning. Be careful with this office!!!

Awesome firm, they did a solid and professinal job when it came to my cousin's Divorce. It WOULD have been nightmarish drawn out situation for a year or more

God awful. Don’t understand how they even run this as a law office.

They apparently 'did not receive' the documents needed to assist me with payments and slapped a lawsuit on me for a minimal amount, rude and unprofessional.

They never reply to emails and rarely update their debt. Debt collectors are rude.

These are truly terrible people who represent billion dollar companies and nickel and dime hard working people. They truly seem to have fun with putting liens on people's houses and ruining lives. Please contact your attorney General or someone that can hold them accountable. Anyone at this office that would represent a billion dollar company and the person is paying monthly in good faith should not exist by threatening to take their home. You all will get your judgment when it matters.
