I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Smith & Mr. Eulo in the beginning of my case, 2 yrs ago, but when I was passed over to Luz Root by Mr. Smith, it felt like I was put to the side for the remaining part of my case. I honestly feel Luz Root does not deserve that job and needs to be fired immediately. While working with her, I felt that she handled my case poorly. Many times I tried getting in touch with her and she was always unavailable, the times that I had a chance to speak to her, I was reminded that she was extremely busy and the phone calls would be rushed. Luz Root does not have an idea of what customer service really means, or let alone, know how to be a human being. I will never forget what she had said to me one time in regards to the outcome of my case, that left me with a bad taste in my mouth, it was unprofessional and frankly uncall for, I felt disgusted afterwards due to it made me feel as if I was a repeat offender / criminal. Because of Luz Root I would never hire this law firm ever again!

Let me tell you the lawyer I spoke to about my situation being attacked by a cop was disrespectful, rude and didn't give 2 craps about it! He said sounds like no damage done WHAT?! Then kept saying he had to go and hung up!!!!! ENCOURAGING POLICE BRUTALITY! UNREAL!
