You would think as a debt collector that they would accept payments online or over the phone but they intentionally make it difficult and only accept checks in the mail so that way its easier for us to default on payments so that way they can charge you more. Be warned that you should send payments a month in advance because they do not go off of the date stamp on the envelope, so if the mail is slow and your payment doesn't make it in time from no fault of your own, they will penalized you for it. Its already aggravating enough that my bank no longer offers bill pay where they send paper checks. Only electronic payments. Catch up with the times. Do better!

I'm currently working with this law firm and the communication started off good. Now it hasn't been ANY! I think I know the receptionist better then the lawer working on my case. I've received all my medical bills and I'm done with all my treatments STILL no update on whats going on!

I just called for advice i was cut off in the middle of talking . he was rude and hung up on me said if i was fired for racism id have to prove it . um isnt that ur job ? I didnt even get to go in to details about my situation Before he said he couldnt help and hung up. He said charlotte can fire u if you wear red shoes just because they dont like red shoes . so i guess they can fire u for being a majority as well right because they dont like your skin. wow is this who you want representing you? Jerk! He didnt even allow me to say what happened before he said no . are u racist too?
