Gregory McBroom assisted me with a contracts case. He provided not only good legal advice, he helped ‘beef up’ the letter that was sent with the payment (check) to a company with whom I had done business that I consider to be uncaring and dishonest. The company attempted to charge more than what had been agreed upon in the contract, and I refused to give in. In the end, they backed down, and I give a lot of credit to Mr. McBroom for this outcome. I recommend him for contracts cases. You won’t be disappointed in his services.

*** Greg McBroom is my new Go-To Attorney *** I was referred to Greg by CLC due to an HOA running me over twice, twisting my arm to break my lease by applying extorsion under threat and forcing their contractor on me . The construction company is owned by no other than a corrupt project manager backed by a very aggressive (and likely corrupt too) attorney. Severe conflict of interest and even multiple breaches of fiduciary duty are suspected. Greg listened carefully to my emotional and confused story, calming me down and providing me with some pointers for a strategy to cope with them.
