I initially worked with Andrew Meier, who was excellent. Unfortunately I have been in litigations for 7 years with one complex case that branched into 3 cases. I am not an easy client, to handle, as well. Andrew vehemently endorsed Jesse Clark’s ability to properly represent me, upon his departure. I previously met Jesse briefly, during a meeting with Andrew. I assumed him to be ‘green’ but also observed his diligence and sharpness. I have always considered ‘you can’t put a price on experience’ in regard to any service provider. However since working with Jesse, I have learned that you also cannot put a price on one’s innate abilities. Jesse demonstrates drive, empathy, integrity and is extremely ethical while remaining personable. If he says he will call you at 4:00; he will call you directly at 4:00. He is organized, methodical, well spoken and more. He has motivated me, when I appeared defeated; I appreciated and needed this. In 7 years, I have not had a single Attorney advocate for me, as he. He appears passionate and takes his position seriously. I hope to continue working with him.

What they tell you from one week to the next is subject to change. Not a huge deal for me, just my kids on the line, but they don't care, and Jesse ain't the guy.

Jesse Clark failed to protect my rights. He advised me to pause custody for visitation, but didn't explain that it was left at CPS discretion with no guarantees. When I objected, he withdrew himself from the case. Not recommended for CPS/custody cases.

I currently have Mr.clark representing my case. As I have not made it easy for him, as I run my own buissness and time is of the essence. Iv been slow on presenting documentation and have not been completely organized going in to my case. Jesse has been accommodating and patient but he also is about his business. Hes aggressive, strong willed, organized, motivated, and takes pride in his work. Jesse is Blunt, straight forward and down to earth. He is young but I am younger. I have put 100% trust in him as I do care about my case and child but Jesse has exceeded focus and effort in this case more than me. Its made me step back and think on that. But Jesse is in it to win it and I couldn't think of having someone else on my side. Jesse Clark is fully recommended! No case is cheap, Jesse is faired price currently and I believe will grow and be worth more than he is charging now. Dont ever go in to somthing thinking of cost or treating it as a job. Continue to reach out as you are not somones only customer. Jesse has been very good about communicating and has left my part to me.

Mark stopped communicating with me and sued me to garnish my wages. I owed him less than $3000 from costly domestic relations cases. As a victim of domestic violence, I’ve paid approximately 8 different attorneys in the last 15 years to help me and my kids in family court. Mark’s the only atty that wouldn’t work with me. He came recommended as an atty that understands and works with DV; he has only added to pain and suffering.

Mark Webb is the most childish attorney I’ve ever met—he personally insulted my own attorney when he learned of unfavorable evidence for his client. I don’t see how he even remains licensed to practice law; I’m definitely reporting him to the local bar association and hope that they put a stop to his unprofessional harassment of other attorneys and nonsensical motions to withhold evidence that another party legitimately should have access to.

Andrew is a good attorney. I should have stayed with him longer , but he was fair, knowledgeable and understanding. He actually did way more of his homework for my case than I even knew about till much later. He warned me about some things and people that were absolutely spot on. Hire him for your domestic relations case.
