Our family recently decided it would be smart and appropriate to establish some Power of Attorney agreements to assure that any decisions that needed to be made in the future would not be hindered by a lack of preparation. I recently used Smith/Sersic Law firm for some help with a general Power of Attorney, Health Care POA, and as becoming a health care representative for my mother and could not have been more impressed with not only their willingness to help right away, but also their compassion for the situation overall and time frame with which I was under.
