5 stars is not enough to express what a job ms. Smith and Mattie did working on my case. My case was an extremely difficult and a messy process for this team. From February to December of this year I could tell that they showed a deep concern for me and what I was going through. I was so nervous to get on the stand in court, but ms. Smith kept me calm with her questioning. It was a long process with scheduling with the courts but in the final days ms.smith and Mattie delivered my case to the judge with clarity and facts. I will miss them so much. I came to love them both. Luckily I get to see them in January to have them work on a new will for me. Merry Christmas to this beautiful law firm. Need an extremely hard working team them give them a call! By the way this was a divorce case.

Don't be like me. Please read the reviews and create a peach court account because you have to check and verify any and everything they say. And yes they are going to say, "we did not represent this person" which is true, but that's only because I had to hire a new lawyer because they would hardly respond to my emails and wouldn't schedule me for an appointment until my situation got worst. Then and only then did they file anything. They never attempted to serve the defendant. All they did was lie and stall. It's a reason consultations are free. Please don't waste your resources. I basically paid them to write a petition. And no I wasn't pesky or overbearing, I would wait weeks for a response. Whatever they told me was a problem, I fixed it myself. My experience was like hiring a mechanic, and then fixing my own car, but still paying in full. Learn from me, and go to someone who at least is on time for your consultation.

I used Smith and smith years ago and while I did win my case they turned around and threatened to sue me for their fees even though I was paying them monthly and they had agreed to it. I loved the office staff they were amazing ladies I am just sorry Beth Ann didn’t care more about me and stick to the agreement we made. In the end I ended up getting a loan from my parents to cover the remaining dollar amount. .
