Absolutely terrible communication and then after 10 months sent me a letter. No phone call no email that he was dropping my case. When I initially talk to him, he was so hyped and said he could help me. The follow up the follow-through was horrible. Would not recommend to anyone!

Hire Brandon and dont look back! He has a calm demeanor but is a very aggressive litigator which makes him very good at what he does. Commands a courtroom exceptionally well. Very resourceful when navigating case law. I would say that understanding how to communicate with attorneys an acumen most ppl don't have. There is certainly a chain of command that things must go through to get a hold of him, but that dosent mean he is not working your case. Dont be discouraged by lack of direct communication. Hes on it. He’ll take you to the promise land.

Was hurt and recommended to these lawyers. Communication was slim to none. About four months after agreeing to represent me I received an email telling me they could no longer represent me without any reason. I contacted them to see why and was given nothing! Was told they’d schedule a conference with me to discuss my options going forward. Now nearly a month has gone by and nothing has been said. No call back, nothing!! When my case was fresh I had several lawyers who attempted to represent me and I declined because I thought I had a lawyer. Now I don’t know how to move forward because I’ve never dealt with anything like this. I haven’t been able to see a chiropractor anymore and I’m in constant pain. I made the worst mistake choosing this law firm. Would not recommend.

I cannot rave enough about these wonderful, hard working lawyers!! Especially Brooke Grogan! She works so hard for you... she is fast and efficient and will get your case settled quickly! My case was settled in 8 days!! That's insanely quick. And to top it off she really, truly cares about her clients and is very HONEST ...which is all too rare nowadays. To be quite honest, she feels like a truly close friend or really an extended family member.
