Aaron assured me my ex had no leg to stand on whatsoever related to his petition to modify our divorce decree, and that there was no way my ex would get any part of what he was demanding. He sent my ex and I to his old law school buddy for mediation. The “mediator” was expensive, and ineffective. We came away more at odds than we started. After using up all the retainer fee I paid (and then some) in unproductive emails/letters/phone calls, Aaron told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to go to court which would cost me, at minimum, an additional $20,000. He’ll tell you you’ve got an easy case, take your money, and change his tune once your retainer fee is used up. I could have given my ex everything he wanted all by myself and saved myself $10,000.

Curtis Smith was not quick to take any money from me. He actually wanted to research my issues and the case before he committed to taking it on and I really respect that even though he didn’t take my case, he didn’t take my money either.

A Grievance will be filed today with the Idaho State Bar, against Aaron Wolf for discrimination against me a woman. Last summer I called this same law firm to have this same attorney Aaron Wolf take my case. They told me the couldn’t take my case because of (conflict of interest) I received an email today stating that Aaron Wolf is now my ex husbands attorney regarding the same case that they told me last summer they can’t take. Because it was Conflict of Interests Idaho State Bar will be notified of Aaron Wolf’s Discrimination Act Today.

Zach and Sandy handled my case. The case went flawless and was an easy process from start to finish. I never got to formally meet Zach as we handleded everything via phone calls and email, which honestly worked best for my schedule. They were there to answer any questions I had no matter what. Tried calling just to verify something, and I was extremely calm and kindly spoken. I was transferred to Blake, and at first he seemed okay, and then I answered a question honestly not to his liking (even though I was calm and collected) and he started berating me like he was king of the jungle or something. I was taken a back and still was calmly spoken, and said if me or mine wanted to “talk to him professionally we could talk to him with a lawyer present (and then snapped hard like) have a good day” and then hung up the phone on me, even though he was the one being undoubtedly unprofessional and just downright rude and condescending. It’s disgusting.

Called to get copy of a will as directed. Blake picked up went off about all this weird stuff, was rude, condescending, and not helpful at all. He asked if I had additional questions and when I said yes he said "good have a nice day" or something and hung up. I'm still not clear what he was trying to say. Was not impressed as being professional isn't only to clients but to how you do business too and from my experience with Blake it is my opinion he lacks this quality. Please don't contact me or mine again.
