I was able to attend the last day for closing statements. (Cobie Tyner) Dan was eloquent, and you it was obvious he had strong convictions to support justice and fairness. I would refer anyone to him. He won justice for Cobie and he succeeded in placing all the blame on Officer Titsworth. It was hard to listen to the opposition try to blame the deceased. Justice won, thanks to Dan and his team.

I reached out to these folks for a medical malpractice/negligence case that has impacted my life a great deal. I had a consultation with Ryan and Brooke in May/June and I signed a medical records release form so they could request my records. Ryan said he was going to Europe and will be working while he’s there so he will review my case then and let me know if he thinks he can get it done. Well, the statute of limitations was at the beginning of August and from the time I met with them to the statute of limitations date I had called many times, sent several emails, left voicemails and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know they weren’t taking my case. This is not the type of situation where someone should take a hint if the calls aren’t returned because it’s very common that it takes a while for attorneys to return phone calls which is why I kept my faith for a while there. Just do what you say and say what you mean, people! Not that hard to be a decent human being. You’re supposed to be part of the solution, not the problem. These people are clearly not in the business of helping people and i’m sure if my case was a “slam dunk” they would’ve been all over it. This way of handling business is unprofessional and unethical. Due to their carelessness and inconsideration my statute of limitations ran out and this is in fact ILLEGAL!
