What an open and honest firm. As they say car sales people, realtors and attorneys can be the worst to deal with. Snellings Law certainly doesn’t fall into that group. Ray Chow had contacted me to unfortunately tell me they could not take my case. His professionalism was incredible. Instead of “blowing me off”, he explained why they couldn’t take me on and other options for me to consider. How awesome to have someone take the time to explain legal options-for free!! Hopefully I won’t have another accident, but if I do I know who I’ll be calling or recommending to a friend. Thank you for the great customer service!

We got into an accident where the other driver refused to contact their insurance company and was stringing us along. After a Horrible car accident, Choosing Snellings Law was of the best decision I have ever made. Everyone was amazing. Associate Attorney Ray Chow went out of his way to help me with a situation with my young adult son. Although Ray couldn't represent us due to our issue being outside of his area of practice, he was responsive on e-mail, gave us pointers on how to best handle our situation, and engaged with me even though he was on vacation! Even though Ray couldn’t take my case, he still took the time to help me understand how to deal with a mold problem in my apartment and offered great advice on how to communicate with the apartment managers. He was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me. I truly appreciated his guidance—it made a big difference.
