I had had the worst time trying to find a lawyer that would take my cases! A colleague recommend this firm. Sean O'Brien didn't hesitate when I told him I needed immediate assistance! He got right on one of my cases and WE WON! I am so grateful! More reviews to come! 4 years later I get a google response after having spoke with a new lawyer. Here is an update to the review. Sean O'Brien left the firm and Snider took over my partition sale. I was informed via phone call Snider would be handling my case moving forward. I met Snider once to discuss what he considered cat and mouse, and he seemed unfazed by my billing concerns from his admistrators. My case sat for months without movement, but I was still being billed. Each time I went into his office, I was met with excuses on why Lindsey couldn't get my billing correct. She'd change the receipts each time. "We changed billing systems and there were staff charges, Rachel was here when you came in, she said." We could never seem to get a court date! Playing cat and mouse he said with the other attorney. These cases can take years to close. I never had words or saw Snider again. He got into a bad accident after we finally got a court date, met with me and encouraged me to meet with Lindsey about the billing as he didn't handle it. We had a court date set, but he could only attend via zoom. I met with Lindsey, but to no avail, she got so upset because she couldn't find my payments I had made, was frustrated that I wanted answers about the lack of service I recieved and impersonal attention during the whole process from Snider. I had been paying Sean O'Brien and Snider. You know the outcome, he withdrew because he didn't like the way I questioned his billing administrators. He didn't have the curtecy to met with me himself. All things were done via mail. I'd only seen Snider twice during the whole process. Because, Rachel had gone as well, no one could make sense of my billing. I spent a lot of money to have Snider withdrawal without taking the time to be present.

I contacted this firm on July 23rd, 2021 via an email on their website. No response as of 8 August. Edit: So you are unable to reply to an email but you can respond to a review 4 years later. You are kind of making my point. I would have taken this response on here on a reply to an email. Also read the review, I am dinging you on your responsiveness and on nothing else. 17Jan2026

Never gave me a price for a retainer after paying for a consultation. Gave me a price for something I mentioned using him for in the future. But the complicated case that required challenging Ms for forcing jurisdiction on me. No price no return information or input. BASICALLY TOOK MY MONEY ON CONSULTATION!!! Never gave me a price for requested service. Then said he doesn't think the review is fair after showing concern 2 years later. 🤣🤣 Never even gave me a reason or a no. Just kept talking around it.

The company has been extremely easy to deal with and have provided a wealth of knowledge and assistance.
