Great firm. Highly recommend.

This office has to have to worst customer service and professionalism I have experienced in a while. I was simply seeking information for a friend and I made several attempts to this office, including going to this office in person to speak to someone, made a few phone calls and emailed the attorney Kevin and the administrator Cara directly. Days have passed even weeks, still no response, call back or anything from anyone there. Complete failure on their part. I would not recommend even if I knew anything about their legal services. I WOULD NOT recommend based on the staff's lack of follow through. No decency for the public. I am not sure if they need to address me, but the LEAST they could do is say, sorry we cannot assist you. They won't even do that. Just a terrible look.
