In the early morning of December 28, 2023 I received a phone call from the Arizona State troopers office. The officers voice was sympathetic but straightforward so I’m sorry to inform you Mr. Schaefer, but your daughter was involved in an accident and she passed away this morning“ she had been involved in a commercial truck versus passenger car accident .after giving myself a couple of weeks to absorb the shock I hired Brian Snyder Of Snyder and Wenner. Brian help me with all the legal issues that come with such an event. He answered all my questions and always returned my phone calls. He even answered my call when he and his family were on vacation. Brian fought hard for us. And I appreciate the time and care he put into Kirsten’s case.
