I contacted Mr. Joey Hardin probably over 5 years ago when I was rated at 20%. Joey quickly assessed my health concerns, came up with a plan and quickly implemented his plan to assist me with increasing my rating based on my documented disabilities. Attempting to file a VA Disability Claim on your own is an absolute nightmare & can get so overwhelming & frustrating, that it’s tempting to just give up. Having an experienced lawyer in your corner makes all the difference. My husband tried to get approved for VA disability for nearly 6yrs, when someone referred us to Mr Hardin. He was upfront & honest from the start, which was such a relief. After a free 40min phone consultation, he told me that we should wait until the claim we’d already filed was approved or deigned, before we hired him. If he doesn’t believe you have a claim, he won’t take your case (& waste your money). His retainer is more than reasonable and his contingency fee was 10% less than most lawyers. Once mr hardin was presented with the ‘facts’ of my case he made an assessment that “we” had a case that would render the results “we” were after and could confidently achieve once he completed supporting documentation. Is this place real? I've been calling and filling out the online forms to no avail. I even went there. Door is lock and the window is dark. Sounds like they don't exist anymore.
