I initially retained this firm and was working with an attorney who was actively handling my case. During the course of my matter, that attorney was terminated, which left my case in limbo and put me in a very difficult position. Trevor later stepped in and closed the case out. He asked whether I wanted to continue working with the firm, and I explicitly said no. At that point, I was entitled to a return of my unused retainer. However, what I ultimately received back was only a very small fraction of what I was owed. I never once received an invoice, billing statement, or any itemized explanation showing how the remainder of my retainer was used. Withholding client funds without providing invoices or transparency is not acceptable. This experience felt deceptive and unprofessional, and it is not how a law firm should handle client trust accounts or client relationships. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

Definitely recommend, I worked with Trevor and will use him again if I have anymore legal trouble. I had some very serious chargers, I had multiple lawyers tell me I would most likely have to do some jail time and would cost me over 10k, but after working with Trevor at a very reasonable cost I walked away with no jail time or probation. 10/10.

My lawyer Trevor Casperson is incredible. Every day he makes an effort to reach out and ensure the safety of my daughter. Every penny spent has been worth it and he’s not just a suit. I hired Trevor for my modification of custody case and he was fantastic. There were multiple times throughout my case that I was struggling emotionally. He would also give me advice and when I asked him to do something he didn’t advise, he would listen to what I had to say and come up with a plan that we were both very comfortable with.
