This was my first time going through anything like this, and the team at SOS was absolutely amazing. I sustained a serious injury to my head and brain. Also, both of my shoulders had to be replaced. And I had to have a neck fusion from an object that came off the wall. The injuries were not recognized by the defendants to the end. They disputed the seriousness of my injuries. My attorneys believed in me and my cases and they realized the seriousness of my injuries and so did the court system. After years of research in the gathering of my medical reports, the taking of depositions and much more; it was evident that I was seriously injured. The mediation and the court verdict honored me a sizable amount. From the begining of my court cases and to the end, the medical advisor took charge of my tests and records. The front office staff and the back office staff were incrediably talented to take care of every twist and turn of the path of my cases. My two attorneys, Ryan and Kristian, are an exception to the title attorney. They have compassion for their client. SOS helped me greatly! I received my settlement today, and it was three time the amount I had thought possible. The “at fault” driver in my accident carried insurance that had minimal coverage. SOS helped me document my medical costs and my pain suffering. Then, since I had uninsured coverage with my insurance policy, they were able to get a settlement from my own insurance. Many years ago, I was in an accident which left me with a permanent medical issue. I let the insurance companies do the job, and after the repairs to my car, I only had a few hundred dollars left. It was a terrible mistake not to get a lawyer to help me get a fair settlement. At SOS, everyone I met and worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. SOS injury team is very professional, efficient and responsive. I was rear ended on the 215 and Charleston. The other driver lied that I changed lanes. Highway patrolmen said that I should’ve had a camera on my truck to prove my innocence. Therefore, the other driver didn’t receive a ticket. Then I received a letter from the other driver’s lawyer.
