not a nice lawyer . called about a few questions and he just kept yelling over at his front desk very unprofessional .

Inquired after a consultation, and was met with hostility at the very idea that I record it so I can recall what was discussed. I understand this industry is outside of my realm of expertise and that may not be the norm, but the unprofessionalism I received just for asking boggled my mind.

Carlos and McKenna are amazing. They helped me settle my high profile divorce case. They are extremely intelligent, informative, and they actually spend the time they to need on your case. They were the third attorneys office I used, and they were by far the most competent. The first two never even set up a face to face meeting. I love how straight forward and to the point Carlos is. McKennas ability to find my exes hidden information was superb. I recommend them to anyone going through a difficult divorce.

My husband and I cannot begin to thank Carlos and his outstanding staff enough. I had the unfortunate experience of being served w a harassment suit in early August 2023. Despite being extremely busy in superior court at the time Carlos took my case and resolved it in my favor within an extremely short window of time. The plaintiff in my case delayed delivering her documents to late morning of the 1:30 hearing. Carlos’s support staff was able to secure documents and Rocio displayed documents over Zoom for all 3 defendants despite having received them just minutes prior to the hearing. Carlos’s excellent defense was lauded by all 3 parties present. His ability to synthesize and analyze information in the moment was beyond amazing. He and his staff turned what could have been a disaster into a learning opportunity and actually fun day. Plus they have the best snacks ! Needless to say we would not hesitate to recommend Sosa Law Firm or use the again if needed.

Carlos comes off like he is King Kong. It's an act! He likes to berate you, take your money, give you timelines, and then not follow them. God forbid you ask why he isn't doing what he said, he will yell at you, and if you persist in asking he just withdraws from the case. His arguments are weaker than circus lemonade in my opinion. He's washed up and just takes money while not caring about you one bit. Wasted 2 month of my life with this person. I've had to hire lots of attorneys over the last 25 years for many different things. This one is simple: The juice isn't worth the squeeze.

Hard to find

I did not speak with an attorney, but the woman who I spoke with on the phone was very kind, caring and really helped me figure out my question. I had spoken with 7 other people at other places before her with no assistance from them. She was fantastic.

Mr. Sosa is a great attorney. He was able to represent me without a problem at a moments notice. I felt very confident as soon as i walked in the offfice. Mr. Sosa helped me ease my mind because i knew i had someone to represent me who had my back.

I find it very fishy that this needlessly aggressive and clearly unprofessional attorney has a 2.5 rating on Avvo yet his rating jumps here on Google where anyone can review. LOL. Friends and family writing reviews is certainly helpful. It should also be noted his license to practice law has in the past been suspended, for a staggering 165 days. If you're looking for legitimate and effective representation, this is not the guy to go to.
