Dezi Grimes is so rude and shows no empathy over the phone. Also, the attorneys here really don't want to work. Stay away from Ebony Cavalier, she finds ways to victim shame you and then abandon you during the hearing-def won't fight for you.

Similar experience to those reported here dealing with Desi Grimes and the lack of professionalism and downright rude and aggressive attitude I experienced with her.

If you need any type of legal help when it comes to family court WILLIAM JONES is NOT the person for you. Unless you like repeating your self over and over again to what your case is about. He didn’t do ANYTHING for me or my case. Nothing but wasted time and energy. I literally told him my concerns with my situation and my daughter’s dad, listed them out to him. He acted like he understood but whenever we got in front of the mediator my ex’s attorney did all the talking while any time I tried to speak up on things that weren’t factual, I was ignored, pushed to the side and basically not taken seriously. Even WILLIAM JONES interrupted me and basically said “we want to come to an agreement because I don’t have the time to prolong this.” One thing I told him from the beginning I will not agree to anything just to hurry things along for YOUR benefit. This is my CHILD we are talking about and what is right for her. Today we had court and he didn’t even show up!! Which honestly, I had a better chance at representing myself the first time verses having him in there. Because since he didn’t show up, i was actually heard. I told him numerous a times that her dad is in and out of prison, hasn’t stepped up ever for her and he acted like it was the first time I had told him. He’s lazy, unprepared, and incompetent. After our first go in the court house I emailed him expressing concerns about how it went and that my voice wasn’t heard, I asked for mandatory drug testing for me and him both to make it fair, I asked for supervised visits at first which he didn’t ask for NONE of that instead I was hit with some information that wasn’t even related to me. And I never heard anything back from him. I let him know about the incident that occurred when my child was over at her dads, and still never heard anything back. So yes he is by far worthless.

Desi Grimes is not only unprofessional but lacks the motivation to do her job. She was dismissive and insensitive, clearly not trained to handle people with respect. She not only did not listen to what the case was about, she attempted to bully and speak over us. That was not it, she even hung up on us in the middle of talking. I would not want anyone to go through the experience we just went through with her.

Can’t never get into a lawyer, been 3 months since I last heard from mines

From reading the reviews I could as well given a 1 ⭐️ instead of a 5 ⭐️. But I’d like to highlight Attorney Lykisha Vaughn, all though she wasn’t my direct attorney whenever I had a problem or needed information she was there. From the day I met her she was compassionate, she listened and polite. I wish there were more attorneys in the office like her. This 5 ⭐️ goes out to Attorney Lykisha Vaughn only! Sometimes we look over the 1 good person and instead talk about the bad experience. I’m here because of the 1 person that I received a good experience from.

I just got off the phone with Desi Grimes, who was almost two hours late from when she stated for me to “answer my phone”, Desi Grimes professionalism is egregious to those in a domestic violence marriage, she lacks not only professionalism but empathy for those who are victims. She has a nasty attitude, raised her voice, and verbally abused me on the phone.
