I had to hire a new attorney the day before my trial because Mr. Southern did nothing in regards to my case. I paid him $5,000 for nothing. My new attorney got me 2 less years in prison than what Mr. Southern wanted me to agree to.

My wife is one of those people that cant help but just get herself into trouble everytime she turns around. I hired Mr. Southern after my wifes attitude and mouth pushed a little too much. Herb was asked to pick up her on going Custody Case after she and the 1st Attorney I hired didnt see, "eye to eye". Herb did unbelievable wonders not only for her but myself as well. Mr. Southern is Great. Not only was he able to Calm my wife's temper, he was also capable in maintaining it during her Custody Proceeds. Herb had his hands full with her, the damage she had caused up to the point of hiring him, along with the hearing. Nevertheless She walked away with a GREAT Custody Order! No one could have gotten her any better than what he did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN

BEWARE! .. He has taken our money, will not answer the phone, does not reply to text messages, misses court dates and is often late. Our new attorney told us that there is no record of him filing any motions on our behalf, he lied to us about everything! When my husband confronted him about it all he hung up in his face. He's an UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHOVELED and DISHONEST THEIF. please do not entrust him with your case and future. He had no interest in representing us in a honorable Way. I'm sure we are not the first and won't be the last family he does this to.
