Mr. Nelson is a no-bull lawyer who has demonstrated his ability by working with me on a broad range of cases. If he didn't know the answer off the top of his head then he would work to make sure he went and found the right answer. Given that they offer free initial consultations, I recommend everyone at least has a conversation to see if they can add any value to your current situation

A better option would have been to go to the nearest Walmart, offer the door greeter $100 to come with me for an hour and stand by my side in the courtroom. NN was hardly awake when he showed up twenty minutes late and he had a mustard stain on his tie that appeared to be days old.

Wanted payment before contract. I sent several emails about my case and did not recieve a reply back- i finally stopped payment. Lack of experience or staff, or both?

He was good at first. After the first few months he turned into a jerk. He told me he didn't have time for me. He refused to let me get a second opinion, which I'm entitled to. He has made this experience the worst I've ever had. He took on more cases than he could handle. I should've gotten a more experienced lawyer. He also dropped the other case I had with him and tried forcing me to sign a new agreement. Not to mention he's impossible to get ahold of. He honestly ruined the whole case. I'm going to have to deal with his mistakes from here on out.
