Typically, you have to get further than a law firm's webpage before you're lied to. So, in this instance, I have to give Spangenberg, Shibley & Liber some credit. As per the attached photo, this is not the case. They're lying before you even dial the phone. That alone should be reason enough to call another firm. However, if you've had your neck broken, on camera, by law enforcement, or some other pre-packaged catastrophe that any other useless ambulance chaser could file, you're not speaking with an attorney today. Not an ambulance chaser—certainly not a dedicated trial lawyer—assuming they exist here, which I doubt. "Dedicated" trial lawyers means they litigate more than they settle. I would love to see that documented. What will happen is you'll be passed to their call screener who will speak to you like a dog—worse—unless you say the keywords she's been trained to hear. Overwhelmingly, their reviews are positive. There's no debating that. But ask yourself why? Even the best attorneys lose. Firms that have an interest in justice take on cases because they're principled. They believe in fighting for people with no other recourse against the state, hospitals, insurance companies. And when real attorneys take on those cases, sometimes they lose. It's inevitable. Where are those reviews? Find one from a client unhappy with their outcome. One praising their efforts even though they didn't win. You won't, because they don't take on those clients. Their four-plus-star rating should be seen as a liability. A paper tiger who cherry-picks the path of least resistance—to your money. Their motto—Get Justice Today—You Deserve Justice—is a con. It translates to: We Deserve Thirty-Plus Percent Of Your Damages Today. Nothing more; nothing less. Now, to be fair, that's the game. That's the system we're stuck with. But if you're reading this, why not hire one of the countless firms that are honest about who they are and what they do? Better the devil you know, so to speak. Like their other negative reviews, they'll undoubtedly leave some snarky reply about not wanting my case. This isn't true—they never heard it. I didn't say the right keywords to the screener. I never spoke to an attorney. They want your pain, your suffering, and thirty-plus percent as quickly as possible. There are countless other law firms that will do the same without sheep's clothing.

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience from this law firm. We was laid on for maybe 3 to 4 years about my mother medical malpractice lawsuit unfortunately Pete Weinberger initially said he see what was wrong. However, they dismissed the case and told us he had got a dummy to read over her paperwork. This law firm and university Hospital has harmed my family in so many ways. I wish all of you are the best.

The experience I had with this law firm, is they work hard on the case. The Firm always stays in contact with you, either by a simple phone call or even making sure you received the email they had sent out. I would also like to say Tisha is a big help when it comes to communication. It is very hard to put into words on how good this firm really is. I know my family and myself included is very appreciative of all the hard work they did on the case.
