Did everything they said they could do for me

No attention to detail and no real plan. Just talked about a plan and then when it came time..... they came up empty. No justice

After paying mister sparrow we recieved very little help after 6 months and had to find other attorneys to get adiquite help

She came highly recommended by another attorney who felt she had what it would take to finally have a six years long contempt issue resolved. She exceeded expectations: Zero unanswered communications. Zero work left on her desk for weeks. Zero inaccuracies. Zero disadvantage to opposing, and zero concessions. Jimmie called me back right after my first call-in. He listened objectively, then demonstrated a strong sympathy with my situation and a sensibility about it that carried us through to the end. May as well of had a public defender. A pd would have communicated more. Called the office 3 days a week for two weeks for advice on a court ordered doctor visit. Not a single call returned....that doctor visit was used to throw the book at my kid.... The visit he walked into blind because the lawyer he had paid $10,000 to refuse to answer phone or return phone calls

I should’ve never gave the hundred dollars for the consultation. Lee Fairchild was anything but professional. if you want a lawyer that actually cares I wouldn’t go to Lee. She sat at at the end of the table as if she had a horrible day and talk to me as if I was a child. she handed me all the files (empty) to do the footwork, spent hours driving around filling in blanks but I’m supposed to pay her $5000 to go to court for me that doesn’t make sense. so with all this being stated hopefully I can find a better lawyer than the one that was before me, this was ridiculous. I will never go to these people again and I suggest no one does. That is unless you like being talked down to like a child.

I'd give zero for zero performance. Had to hire another attorney that accomplished in 1 day what this firm couldn't do for over a week.

I changed lawyers twice to get to miss Fairchild and before I got to her I was really starting to lose hope. My case was pretty complex and she had a bunch of really good ideas of how to deal with it and she was down to earth with me. She didn't try to make a bunch of promises that she couldn't keep. she shot straight with me. you can tell that she's very experienced and really smart. The outcome of my case was great. I'm really happy with it and I'm really glad I hired her I recommend this law firm to anybody.

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM! Very unprofessional, doesn’t return calls doesn’t help you with your case they just take your money. I hired Jimmie Sparrow paid him upfront and he never scheduled to meet with me face to face to discuss the details of my case just a phone conversation. His assistant was extremely rude and I ended up having to handle the case myself. The money I paid should be refunded to me as Jimmie only spent about 30 minutes total in mishandling my case. Run far from this horrible excuse of a law firm as fast as you can!
