Franklin Spaulding stands out from the crowd. I had to retain Franklin's services recently for two criminal charges I was facing. I had tried to retain the services of another lawyer in town and was left with a bitter taste in my mouth after the treatment I received, 4 days and $1,000 later and I still had not spoken directly to my lawyer. Immediately upon meeting Mr Spaulding I felt I was in good hands. He was upfront, direct, honest, and though I was very stressed at the time he gave me a sense of relief. I may not have known what the outcome of my case would be but I was confident I was in good hands and had a genuinely good person in my corner. Franklin was quick to respond to my texts, he emphasized that the decisions were mine to make but always gave his opinion, this made me feel like I had taken some control from a situation that had me feeling helpless. My case was dismissed shortly after retaining Mr Spaulding's services, though this may not always be the case he returned 90% of the retainer I gave him and only charged me for the time he had put in, he would have been well within his rights to keep it all.
