I recently moved to Tennessee, my son and I ran into a problem of which I found myself for the first time in my life I needed an attorney to defend us from an individual's anger was taken out on us. Everyone in town recommended Justin Jones. Scared to death never even having a ticket before in my life. Mr. Jones listened to our story asked me what I wanted and explained in full detail as to what he could do for us. He was a professional in the court room, where he picked up and spoke for me to the judge for I didn't know what to say or when to say it. I did not want to make a fool of myself and he sensed it, taking over. In the end my son and I walked out with exactly what I asked for help with and Mr. Jones explained he would do for me. He always reminded me of hearings. Called back within 24 hours whenever I left a message. When I needed a copy of paperwork for my file his legal assistants were prompt to accommodate me. I am so grateful I found Justin Jones when I did; between his professionalism, knowledge, listening ability and picking up on details, empathy; I could go on and on.
